What information do we collect?

As an Author submitting to the Journal, what do we use your information for?

For Authors submitting articles to the journal, your information will be used in the following two ways:

  1. To contact via email during the review stage. During this time, only category editors will use your name, email address, and affiliation in communications before and after the review process is completed. Information is kept confidential until such a time as the paper is approved for publication.
  2. At the time of publication, your name, that of your co-authors, and their affiliations, will be published as part of the journal. Your email address will be retained on file for up to five (5) years in the event of a need to communicate any potential issues with your article.
Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
