As a Reader of the Journal, what do we use your information for?

The email address you provide for email updates will be used to send you emails when news and events are posted to the website. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
As an Author submitting to the Journal, what do we use your information for?
For Authors submitting articles to the journal, your information will be used in the following two ways:
- To contact via email during the review stage. During this time, only category editors will use your name, email address, and affiliation in communications before and after the review process is completed. Information is kept confidential until such a time as the paper is approved for publication.
- At the time of publication, your name, that of your co-authors, and their affiliations, will be published as part of the journal. Your email address will be retained on file for up to five (5) years in the event of a need to communicate any potential issues with your article.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
